It is intended for production of commercial eggs for individual producers. KBJ is also used as a supplement on the farms whose objects are characterized by non-standard dimensions. It consists of 15 components, each of them accomodating 4 layers. Each of the components is an independent unit and is assembled without using any kind of tools. Several cage batteries can be connected in a line which, if desired, can be prolonged by adding components, each of them 0.4 m long.
