It is intended for thermic treatment of wide range of products for
human and animal nutrition. Simultaneously with thermic treatment,
the machine has the possibility to perform expansion, sterilization
and dehydration. It is especially suitable for processing of soybean
and soybean groats. In the process of dry extrusion, the temperature
needed is obtained by friction for a very short time, which as a
result gives a high quality product. The machine is equiped with
a dosimeter with changeable number of rotations which is controled
by a frequental regulator of the AC motor and the magnetic separator
of metals. Temperature reading is done by using digital thermometers
in two zones.
